They arrive in the Waybly app instantly. At a roadside check, the driver shows the QR, even without coverage.

What the DeCA is and who it affects.
The electronic Administrative Control Document replaces the paper control document. It accompanies every road freight shipment and records who loads, who carries, what is carried, in which vehicle and between which places.

What is the DeCA?
The electronic Administrative Control Document: the digital version of the control document that accompanies every road freight shipment. It records shipper, carrier, origin, destination, vehicle and goods.
Does the DeCA need to be signed?
No, a signature is not mandatory. Waybly generates the document with all its data, a QR that downloads the PDF and a verification code.
How does the driver receive it?
In the Waybly driver app, a web app that installs on the phone. The driver signs in with a code, sees their DeCAs with QR, code and PDF, and has them available even without coverage.
What if I change truck en route?
Log the incident on the trip (vehicle, driver, dates or locations) and reissue the DeCA. The driver receives the new version and the history is kept.
How long are documents stored?
Waybly keeps your DeCAs for the full legal retention period. You can search for them and share them with a link at any time.
How is each document paid for?
With prepaid credits: 1 credit is 1 DeCA. A trip with three deliveries uses three credits. Credits expire after 18 months.
