This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, what we use it for and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process
Only the data you give us in the contact form: name, company, profile (carrier, shipper, both or reseller), phone number, email address and your message.
In addition, the server automatically logs technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser) for security purposes.
What we use it for
- To answer your request, call or write to you about your enquiry, and send you the commercial information you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and detect misuse (server logs).
Legal basis
We process form data because you ask us to, as a step prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent, nor to make automated decisions.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for no more than one year after the last contact if we do not end up working together. If you become a customer, it is then governed by the contract. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The providers that host our website and email access it only to provide that service, under a data processing agreement and with servers in the European Union. There are no international data transfers.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to privacy@waybly.eu. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Waybly platform
This policy covers the waybly.eu website. Data that customers manage within the platform (app.waybly.eu and the driver app) is processed under the service contract and its data processing agreement.
